You must be 18 years or older to use FlyBy. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
  • Harass, threaten, or harm other users
  • Create fake or misleading profiles
  • Use the service for commercial solicitation without consent
  • Attempt to circumvent any safety or security measures
  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law

5. Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting content, you grant FlyBy a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the service. You are solely responsible for what you share.

6. Connections and Matching

FlyBy facilitates introductions between travelers. We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-provided information, including flight details or professional credentials. All meetings arranged through FlyBy are at your own discretion and risk.

7. Premium Features

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Pricing and terms for premium plans will be disclosed at the point of purchase. All purchases are final unless otherwise required by law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.

9. Disclaimers

FlyBy is provided “as is.” We make no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for the conduct of other users.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlyBy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of FlyBy after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
